What we do

Innovation Refinery works with companies of all sizes to help create new business. We guide companies to explore and discover alternate uses for their products and technologies. We help them understand how to segment their markets and pick the right path on the stepping stones that lead to flourishing. We help find partners to assist with technology stack construction, go-to-market, and implementation.

Frequently companies cannot pursue many of their over-abundant opportunities. In these cases, we help “transplant” the excess use cases into other companies and provide a new revenue stream.

We “refine” the new use cases by conducting business validation, sanity checks, business and product remodeling and staging for licensing. We then use multiple paths to realize new products including a innovative Venture Studio model to launch spin-offs devoted to the most promising unexploited applications.
